  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with your tracking details (where available).

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping may be available on selected promotions or qualifying orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (when available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Delays
